Last day at Gymmet in Stockholm and Guy, Shaun, and Branch throws down a proper chest day.

London, Copenhagen, Malmö, Halmstad, and now Stockholm! The IWT is hitting the gas and redlining it these next 3 days in Stockholm.

After a full day in Gothenburg yesterday the team prepared for their road trip towards Stockholm.

Road trip getting brutal? "No this is the fun part of the trip. Again, we are bouncing from city to city, visiting different gyms, meeting different fans."

Saturday was spent in Copenhagen. The team visited Loaded Gym for training and mingle and also got a chance to see some of the city.

After a night at a hotel in Stockholm the team stopped to pick up some pre-ordered food for Guy.
